On the 9th of July, 2014, we conducted a 60 minute session on social media marketing at the India Warehousing Exhibition held at Spiritz Cafe, Pragati Maidan. Our Director, Daksh Sharma was invited to conduct this workshop for Logistics/Warehousing professionals.
The objective of the session was to clearly show the impact, social media can have on the logistics and warehousing industry today, if adopted. Some points covered in the social media workshop were:
- To have a foundation knowledge of the different platforms on social media namely Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter and Google+.
- To understand how to reach your customers through social media.
- To pump up your social presence by simple tips and tricks.
- Relationship between social media and search engine marketing.
