Digital marketing software company Kenshoo has released an insightful research report which captures some trends on Social Media Advertising. The report talks about how different countries perform on Facebook’s ad metrics.

For a country of 1.1 Billion India’s Internet user penetration currently stands at 5.4%. According to the report the online ad advertising spend in India is about $153,000,000.

India in top 3 countries for Average CPC Rates

With an average CPC of $0.33, India follows Mexico and Turkey in the top 3 countries for the average CPC costs.

India’s Facebook Ads CTR is the best in the World

India’s average click through rate of 0.048% is the highest in the world.

India is 2nd in Ad Exposure Rate

India is 2nd in the global list of countries with the highest ad exposure rate. India’s percentage is at 45% meaning this is the percentage of target audience which actually sees a brand ad.
