Android- cupcake, Donut, Éclair, Froyo, Ginger Bread, Honey Comb and the latest Ice Cream Sandwich are the various versions of Android. Learning and working on Android was as yummy for team Iffort as the names make it sound like. By the end of the Workshop, our development team was saying in chorus “Android! Yes it is a piece of cake ” . When the decision was made to finally get our hands on to the prominently growing technology in the field of mobile application development, everyone was going gaga about the new skill set. With blank minds and our thinking caps on, our development team moved to the conference room.
Even with little knowledge about the android app. development, no one was really worried but instead eager to learn the interesting aspect of technology from our expert trainer Laghavi who made it easy. As time went by, everyone was aware of the basic requirements for developing an app. and discussing their queries along with learning stuff. As they say:
Tell me, I will forget!
Show me, I will remember!
A practical edge was added to the workshop and within an hour we all were using our own very first android application, which was overwhelming. The journey from no knowledge to developing a new application was as adventurous and fun as Zip lining. On an ending note, I would like to say that this is just the beginning and there is lot more to come.
- Working sincerely at peak time in the application development process.
- A cheerful tutor ends up teaching even the hard things easily.
- The programming took toll and Tabrez got carried away with it.
- All work and no play is not our way to do things!
- Shina trying to figure out what exactly is Tabrez’s query.
