How does it feel when you complete the first milestone of a journey? Naturally, you would feel good, excited and energetic. Firstly, you have completed the preliminary stage of that game; Secondly, regardless of the various obstacles in the path you have not given it up and lastly, you feel confident that the path you had chosen was right and you are creating a life-way along with it.
So, to celebrate this completion, we had planned to move to an adventurous place, a full day outing with our team filled with fun and happiness.
“Tomorrow, sharp at 7:30, we all should be there”, the final decision came from Shrey after an hour long discussion on morning-meet-vanue.
The next day, most of the team members woke up by the ring of their cell phones, hearing the first voice of the day like “Abe uth jaa, chalna nahi hai kya!”.
We all gathered at Pragati Maidan where our mini bus was waiting for us. The day Feb 15 was also happy as the weather was nice, wind was light and clouds were dancing in the sky. I tweeted those feelings in 140 words:

Finally, after two and half hours of journey and a round of Antakshari, we reached Damdama Lake.

Team Arrived
And a boat ride to get into the resort-island

To The Island
After three hours of travel, we all were feeling hungry and tired. Resort management greeted us with their traditional style and managed good breakfast for us. After filling our bellies with food, we started some team building activities to warm up the mood.
Here is the Iff-Itemp version of MTV Bakra (Let me tell you the name of this Bakra

Then continued an era of fun, adventures, sports and unbeatable team spirit.

Fun-Filled Team
After six hours of non-stop fun activities and top enthusiasm, we were packing our bags to return to our nests.

Heading Back
This way we have celebrated our organizations first birthday. A successful year with lessons from the past and hopes for the future. Thanks to everyone from team Iffort/Itemperance.
